The Texture Analyzer, manufactured by StableMicroSystems, UK, is a device for measuring and evaluating product texture, including testing hardness, brittleness, adhesion, tensile strength, gel strength, etc. of various materials, including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, hygiene, adhesives, etc., with a maximum load cell capacity of 50kg for applying force. This single-axis device model is designed to measure and evaluate the texture of various materials and perform complete tests using various probes and accessories, suitable for each analysis. The advanced Exponent software in the Texture Analyzer, with its very precise design and the ability to be installed on multiple computers, allows for accurate and convenient interpretation of tests.
