With the Farinograph-AT, integrated water dosing makes operation and carrying out the measuring procedure easier, thanks to automatic temperature control and dosing. Water is not fed in using a burette, and therefore with errors, but is instead adjustable thanks to automatic titration (AT – automatic water dosing).
The 2-litre storage tank is easy to remove. This easy to maintain solution offers separate options for measuring the temperature of dosing fluid and dough.
